On February 18, 2025, the Korea Cosmetic Industry Institute (KCII) announced the list of implementing agencies for the 2025 Global Cosmetics Regulatory Consulting Support Program. CIRS Group Korea, the South Korean subsidiary of CIRS Group, has once again been successfully selected. This marks the sixth consecutive year that CIRS Group Korea has been chosen as an implementing agency for this program, demonstrating the company's expertise and influence in the field of global cosmetics regulations.

On January 22, 2025, CIRS Japan (Japanese name: CIRSジャパン株式会社) was officially established in Tokyo. As another subsidiary of CIRS Group in Asia, the establishment of CIRS Japan marks a significant milestone for CIRS Group’s global strategic layout.

Hangzhou CIRS C&K Testing Technology Co., Ltd. officially inaugurated its new toxicology laboratory in August. Located in the Tianhe High-tech Industrial Park in the Binjiang District of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, this lab is to provide toxicological tests and research services to industries such as cosmetics, medical devices, health products, specialty foods, and pharmaceuticals.

On May 9, 2023, Hangzhou C&K Testing Technic Co., Ltd. (C&K Testing), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CIRS Group celebrated its tenth anniversary.

CIRS Testing Korea (YU) has been accredited in accordance with the recognized International Standard ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and is qualified to provide physical and chemical properties testing as well as hazardous substances analysis, which are necessary for substance registration and K-BPR notification.
